The Prince George’s County Police Department isinvestigating an armored truck robbery in Oxon Hill. It occurred in the6300 block of Livingston Road shortly after 1:00 pm on December 11, 2012.
Police officers were called to the scene for the report of ashooting. Upon arrival, police officers found an adult male suffering from agunshot wound. His injuries are not considered life-threatening and he islisted in stable condition.
The preliminary investigation reveals the victim, anemployee for the Loomis Armored Car Service, was dropping off money to theSav-A-Lot store. He was confronted by several masked suspects who announced arobbery, one of whom shot the victim. The suspects were then seen getting into asilver four-door vehicle.
