He was last seen at 2:00 pm on December 19,2012, near the University of Maryland campus in College Park. Scherr may be driving a black 2013 Ford Escape with Maryland tags3AX4875.
Scherr was last seen wearing a purple Ravens shirt andwhite plaid shorts.
