PGPD Arrests Bank Robbery Suspect

Robert Alonzo Robinson
The Prince George's County Police Department arrested anUpper Marlboro man in connection with a bank robbery.  He’s identified as43 year-old Robert Alonzo Robinson of the 3500 block of Eyre Drive South.  
On February 15, 2013, at approximately 1:00 pm, Robinsonrobbed the SunTrust Bank in the 5700 block of Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro.He approached a teller and passed a note demanding money.  He made offwith an undisclosed amount of money.The PGPD arrested Robinson at his home on February 20, 2013. He admitted his involvement in the bank robbery.  He is currentlybeing held at the Department of Corrections on a no bond status.
