I have lost 43 pounds from where I started, not drastic or anything but it sure makes me look diffrent. I feel different too. I fell lighter, more energetic. I don't tire out as easily as I use to either. Hell, I feel damn good y'all. I would love to help you stay encouraged, because I still need encouragement to. I am still working at it, although I seem to be on a killer plateau right now. I am maybe losing a pound or two every other week. But hey, as long as I don't gain I'm not gonna beat myself up about it. I would still like to lose another 22 pounds though. This video contains some before and after picture.
